Intention Peanut Butter Protein Bites
Our delicious protein bites are the perfect mid-day pick me up when you need an easy healthy snack. Not only are they quick to eat, but also quick to make - no baking and only 5 mins to prepare!
2 scoops Intention protein powder
1/2 cup gluten free oats
4 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp. agave or maple syrup (honey works too if you're not vegan!)
pinch of salt
chocolate chips (as many as you like)
desiccated coconut (for coating)
Makes 15-20 bite size pieces
Mix all of the ingredients (besides the coconut) in a bowl until firm and sticky.
Shape into bite size balls.
Roll them in desiccated coconut.
Place on a plate and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before enjoying!
Note: Depending on the type of peanut butter and choice of sweetener (agave/maple/honey), the consistency of the mixture may vary. Add additional peanut butter if they mixture is too and add more oats if it is too sticky.
